Are there any questions?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your reserved Hideaway will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 19:00, we ask for a short notification. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am. In case of late departure, an additional day will be charged.
What can I find in my chalet?
To make your vacation as pleasant as possible, we have fully equipped our hideaways. From the finest bed linen for beautiful dreams to cozy towels and our own line of care in the bathroom. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything your heart desires, from high-quality cooking utensils to the finest crockery and glasses.
Is there a children's playground in the facility?
We have also thought about our smallest guests. There is a natural playground on the premises where the little ones can let off steam to their heart’s content.
Can I bring my pet?
Your four-legged friend is very welcome and will certainly feel as comfortable as you do. We look forward to making your vacation with your faithful companion an unforgettable experience.
For your animal companion we charge 25,00 €/day.
GOOD TO KNOW: Dogs are welcome in South Tyrol as long as the general hygiene rules are respected and they are always kept on a leash. In buses, trains and cable cars it is compulsory to wear a muzzle. Muzzles can be rented at various cable car stations for a deposit.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
The deposit for the chalet is a financial guarantee that the guest pays when booking.
It will be refunded within a few days after departure and a careful inspection of the chalet and its furnishings, provided no damage or defects have been found.
The chalet should be left in a tidy condition on the day of departure. This includes washing up and tidying up the dishes and disposing of the garbage in the designated waste disposal station at the exit of our resort.
What about sustainability?
Sustainability is important to us, which is why we work with local farmers. We use mainly regional organic products, try to minimize waste and even produce our own electricity with state-of-the-art photovoltaic technology in our Greenhouse.
You can also help us by carefully separating waste in our Eco Waste Station.
